01How much time does the program require?
One two-hour live session per week for sixteen weeks, with optional 60-minute office hours after each class. Add the 10 required ICF mentoring hours and your structured practice requirements, and you should treat this as a serious weekly commitment. It is designed for working professionals, not full-time students.
02What does “ICF accredited” actually mean?
The program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, so the training hours count toward an ICF credential. The curriculum, mentoring, and evaluation are built around ICF competency standards, including the 10 hours of mentor coaching the ICF requires. Graduates leave with training that maps directly onto the ICF credential path. The program is not itself an ICF credential: you apply for that separately with the ICF, and this training is built to prepare you for it.
03When does the next cohort run?
The next cohort begins November 2026 and runs sixteen weeks, live globally at 8:00 AM ET. Enrollment closes when the 16 person capacity is reached.
04Who qualifies for admission?
Experienced professionals: licensed therapists, HR and talent leaders, educators, consultants, and executives with deep careers behind them. Every application is reviewed for professional depth, seriousness of intent, and readiness for structured evaluation.
05What is the difference between The Coach’s Mindset and the Cohort?
The Coach’s Mindset ($199, first three lessons free) is a self-paced online introduction to the 3S method, a way to test the water. The Professional Cohort ($4,500) is the full sixteen-week, competency-evaluated certification with live instruction, mentoring, and the credential itself.
06What happens after I enroll?
You receive onboarding materials, the full cohort schedule, and your structured pre-work by email before the November start. The pre-work is three short written reflections: when coaching became of interest to you, what you believe separates coaching from mentoring or therapy, and how you envision using coaching in the future. Seats are confirmed in enrollment order, and the cohort closes at 16 participants.
