Terms & Refund Policy

These terms govern your use of this website and your enrollment in any Big Picture Leaders program. They are written to be read, not skimmed. The refund policy for each program is set out in full below.

Agreement to these terms

By using bigpictureleaders.com, or by enrolling in a program through our Kajabi checkout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Big Picture Leaders. “You” refers to the person enrolling or using the site.

The programs

We currently offer two programs:

• The Coach’s Mindset. A self-paced online course of eight chapters. The first three lessons are free with a Kajabi account. The full course is a one-time purchase of $199.
• Professional Cohort Certification. A live, 16-week cohort program that begins in November 2026 and is limited to 16 seats. The fee is a one-time payment of $4,500.

Program content, session schedules, and faculty are described on the relevant pages of this site and may be refined over time. We will not reduce the substance of a program you have already paid for.

Enrollment and payment

Enrollment and payment are handled by Kajabi at courses.bigpictureleaders.com. Your purchase is also subject to Kajabi’s terms of service. Prices are in US dollars. Access to course materials is granted to the individual who enrolls and is not transferable, except as described in the refund policy below. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Certification

The Professional Cohort Certification is competency-based. Certification is awarded on demonstrated coaching competence, assessed through the program’s practice and evaluation requirements, together with attendance and completion of assigned work. Attending sessions does not by itself guarantee certification. If a participant does not meet the standard, we will say so clearly, explain why, and describe what a path to meeting it would look like.

ICF accreditation

Our certification programs are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and completed training hours count toward an ICF credential. Completing a Big Picture Leaders program does not itself confer an ICF credential. ICF credentials (such as ACC or PCC) are applied for separately with the ICF, which sets its own requirements for training hours, coaching experience, mentoring, and examination. We will help you understand how our program fits into that process, but the credential decision belongs to the ICF.

Intellectual property

All course materials, including video, audio, written content, frameworks, worksheets, and session recordings, are the property of Big Picture Leaders or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning and professional practice. You may not:

• copy, share, resell, or redistribute course materials,
• record, screenshot, or transcribe live sessions or video content without our written permission, or
• present the materials, or a program derived from them, as your own.

You are of course free to use what you learn in your own coaching work. That is the point.

Conduct in live sessions

Cohort sessions involve real practice with real people, and they work only if everyone can trust the room. Participants agree to:

• keep confidential anything shared by other participants during practice coaching or discussion,
• treat fellow participants and faculty with respect,
• arrive prepared and on time, with camera on where possible, and
• refrain from soliciting other participants for business.

We may remove a participant whose conduct materially disrupts the cohort or breaches confidentiality. In that case, fees are not refunded.

Scheduling changes

We may need to reschedule a live session, for example due to illness or a technical failure. We will give as much notice as possible and offer a replacement session. Where a session is recorded, the recording will be made available to enrolled participants. Recordings are provided when available and are not guaranteed for every session.

If we cancel a cohort entirely before it begins, you will receive a full refund or, at your choice, a seat in the next cohort.

Refund Policy

The Coach’s Mindset

• Free access to the first three lessons carries no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You may close your account at any time.
• Full course ($199): no refunds. The three free lessons exist so you can judge the teaching before you pay, and the full course unlocks in its entirety the moment you purchase. Purchases are final.

Professional Cohort Certification ($4,500)

• Cohort seats are not refunded. A cohort is limited to 16 people, and your seat is held for you from the moment you enroll.
• Reschedule: up to 14 days before the cohort start date, you may move your seat to a later cohort once, at no charge.
• Transfer: up to 14 days before the cohort start date, you may transfer your seat to another person, subject to our approval. The new participant must meet the same admission requirements and agree to these terms.
• Within 14 days of the start date, and once the cohort is under way: seats can no longer be rescheduled or transferred.

Reschedule and transfer requests must be made in writing by email to hello@bigpictureleaders.com. The date we receive your email is the date that counts. If we cancel a cohort, refunds are returned to the original payment method through Kajabi, typically within 10 business days.

What this is, and what it is not

Our programs teach professional coaching. They are educational. They are not therapy, counselling, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and enrolling does not create a clinical or advisory relationship. If you are a licensed professional, you remain responsible for practising within the scope and ethics of your own licence. If you are in crisis or need medical help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Results depend on you. We make no promise about income, client numbers, or career outcomes.

Limitation of liability

We will deliver our programs with care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a program or from this website is limited to the amount you paid us for that program. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Big Picture Leaders is established. If a dispute arises, we ask that you write to us first; most concerns can be resolved with a conversation.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes do not reduce the refund rights that applied when you enrolled.
