Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Big Picture Leaders collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: this website itself collects nothing about you unless you write to us through the contact page. Enrollment and payment happen on Kajabi, and the analytics we use are aggregated and cookieless.

Who we are

Big Picture Leaders is operated by Brian (BJ) Radomski. We publish this website at bigpictureleaders.com and offer coaching education programs, including The Coach’s Mindset and the Professional Cohort Certification. For anything in this policy, write to hello@bigpictureleaders.com.

What we collect

On this website

The website at bigpictureleaders.com is a static site. It sets no cookies and, apart from the contact form described below, collects no personal data. A few things happen in your browser that you should know about:

• Theme preference.If you switch between the light and dark theme, that choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records aggregated page views and general performance information without fingerprinting or cross-site tracking, and it does not identify individual visitors.
• Embedded video.Videos on this site are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the player is served from the youtube-nocookie.com domain, and from that point YouTube and Google’s own privacy policy applies to the data they receive.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

The contact form

If you write to us at bigpictureleaders.com/contact, we store your name, email address, message, the page you sent it from, and, for abuse prevention, your IP address and country. The message is saved in a database hosted by Cloudflare and emailed to the team so we can reply. We keep it for as long as the conversation is live and delete it on request.

When you enroll

Every “start free” or “enroll” button on this site takes you to Kajabi (courses.bigpictureleaders.com), the platform we use for enrollment, payment, and course delivery. Kajabi collects the information needed to create your account and process any payment: your name, email address, and payment details. Payment card data is handled by Kajabi and its payment processors; we never see or store full card numbers. Kajabi’s handling of that data is governed by Kajabi’s own privacy policy.

The links from this site to Kajabi carry campaign tags that tell us which page and button you came from. These tags describe the page, not you.

How we use it

Information gathered through Kajabi is used to:

• deliver the course or cohort you enrolled in,
• communicate with cohort participants about schedules, sessions, materials, and evaluations,
• respond to enquiries and support requests, and
• send occasional emails about our programs, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Third-party processors

We work with a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Kajabi: enrollment, payment, account management, and delivery of course content.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and cookieless analytics.
• YouTube (Google): video hosting, activated only when you press play.
• Email provider: the service we use to communicate with enrolled participants and people who have asked to hear from us.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and security practices. We choose providers that are widely used and that commit to protecting the data they handle.

Data retention

We keep enrollment and participation records for as long as you have an active account or an ongoing relationship with us, and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need them for accounting, certification records, and legal obligations. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data. Whatever your jurisdiction, we honour the following for everyone:

• Access: ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your data, subject to records we are required to keep.
• Unsubscribe: opt out of marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by writing to us.

To exercise any of these, email hello@bigpictureleaders.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

Our programs and this website are intended for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes that affect enrolled participants will also be communicated by email.
